There are
so many fics out there that are worth being read,
but some just stick out and deserve recommendation.
This is also to condense and make easier where folks
can get their fixes for the areas I cover ~_^
Granted, some of these fics some might ask why I
like them cuz they are full of grammar and spelling
errors, but the fact is the thing that makes a good
fic is also the plot and use of characters. And
*those* are worth mention.
Below are links to the various fics that you should
look into if you want to see great stuff. Each link
will lead to a page that will list things cuz let's
face it: There are a lot of fics out there and I
have a lot of genres! So, enjoy!
I've gotten deep into
Supernatural and there are some fics out there that
need to become like...standard fandom reading for
newbies! LOL
Angels and Lovers!verse by Phantisma: So
this is just mainly porn for porn's sake...really it is! Dean's a slut like
big time and gets wings from a stranger and then turn abouts fair play with
Sammy and let's just let them screw themselves silly and call it a plot! YEA
ok so she rules!! HEEEE!
The Keeper!verse by Phantisma: This is a complete AU. On the
night that Mary Winchester dies, Sam is taken. Both John and Dean assume he
died in the fire with Mary. Sam is raised by a family that serves the Demon
who killed Mary. Sam is brutalized and tormented and raised to be a monster.
Then, one night in Palo Alto, he meets Dean. This is where the story begins.
This verse is ongoing and just...so awesome seriously! It's very dark and
Sam is just...whoa yea and I love how she plays the characters. SO WELL
DONE!!
Three X's for the Stone by Beanside and Nilchance: This is the
first part of a new universe that will eventually include Wincest and MPreg
and genderswitch, but this first part can be read as a stand-alone. HELP ME
GET MORE!! *laughs* It definitely hints at eventual Sam/Dean/John or such I
bet, knowing them! ONGOING! Just a note, it's locked, so you'll have to
friend one of them...*le sad sigh*
Rei_c fics:
Rei_c has
several fics/series
that are worth reading
repeatedly, but I'm only going to list my favorites, obviously! She's also
working on a fic that is an SPN/Dark Angel crossover, which is so far very
hot and yummy! Can't wait for more on that one!
5D5D
series: Five different stories with Sam in five different
districts of San Francisco, addicted to five different types of drugs for
five different reasons and living in five different situations. All of them
will start the same way, all of them will have marginally the same ending
with a general epilogue for all of it. Most will be Wincest, though there
might end up being a gen piece somewhere in there. This series...wow. All of
them hit on different cultures and how they treat the supernatural world and
how Sam's power is respected. All of them involve Dean getting hooked on Sam
in a way, making Sam his own drug, I guess you could say. Powerful stuff and
just...I hated waiting for her to post, but damn was it worth it!!
Bloodlines: A routine hunt goes disastrously wrong and Sam’s left
scrabbling to make sense of what’s happened. Sam/Dean, Sam/John,
Sam/Dean/John (incest). General spoilers up through 2x06. Incest. Non-con.
Underage sex. Rimming, tattoos, object penetration, graphic masturbation,
wings, minor bloodplay. This only has one part up yet, but she's been
working on the next part. Don't get me wrong, this first part was HUGE and
well worth the read!
Fixation!verse
by Drvsilla: Sam has a
fixation for Dean's thumb. Wee-cest, angst...just awesome fic!
Heart's Desire
by Gila and Wolfling: It
starts off with Sam having dreams from the future. He 'convinces' Dean that
what they want is right, but their going to have to work through a lot of
hang-ups. Ongoing. This fic....guh just...rip your heart out with how well
Dean is portrayed! And Sam...EEEEeee Sam rules!
In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida
by black_regalia and
calicokat: Takes place after Devil's Trap, Sam is in a coma and Dean and
John have to deal with the aftermath when he wakes up to find out what
really had happened. PG-13 to NC-17 throughout. Completed. This fic....dark.
Angsty...sexy...and just GUH!! I can't say more or I'll give away the
punchline, but damn it's good!!

for Dean after he’s waylaid by an opportunistic entity. So dark, the con of
Sam. NC-17. This fic series brought me into Genderswap and kept me
there. OH GOD hot stuff and just...wah!! It's awesome! Go read!
Month of Open Doors and
Salvation!verse

Eighth_Horizon and Maygra: This is an ongoing fic. It starts off with Dean
possessed and something happens (not saying what) that leaves his soul like
a beacon. Only Sam can help him. It continues on and eventually both boys
settle down, have families, and still deal with life. It's awesome!
Sam/Dean, Sam/Sarah, Sam/Dean/Sarah. PG-13-NC-17 Go READ!
The Turn of the Wheel series by
Eighth_Horizon: Dean gets bitchslapped by an Elemental and gets wings. After that, all hell breaks
loose. PG-13 to R for this series with Wincesty tones! It's just...HOT!
Eeeeee I gibber every time I see an update!! GO! SHOO! READ!!
Second Sight series by Maygra: After
defeating the demon, Sam is left with a crippling punishment. Can Dean and
Sam adjust to what has happened? PG-13 to R throughout. This series is
just...heart wrenching, well researched, and well written all around! READ!

Poisontaster's Fics :
Poisontaster is
just...awesome. I highly recommend her Heart!verse and her Light!verse, but
all of her stuff is just awesome! I know I spent two weeks just reading it
all...heehee!
Rubber
Ducky You're the One by Impertinence: This was
written for the '07 J2_SPN Bigbang contest and I
think it is one of my favorites. No, it *is* one of
my favorites, what am I saying?! lol! Pairing:
Sam/Dean, Rating: NC-17 easily with sexual
situations and weird rubber ducky moments lol.
Summary: Turning into a bright red rubber duck isn't
top on Dean's list of "Oh Shit, I Would Give
Anything For This Not to Have Happened" Things, but
it's definitely number two. Well, okay, maybe number
three.
The Far Side of the Sea

ellipsisblack: Another '07 Bigbang fic that deserves
mucho praise! It just draaaaaaws you in and you're
on the edge of your seat the entire time swear!
Sam/Dean and rating of NC-17. Summary: What's weird
is that there is suddenly a twelfth century Scottish
village nestled on the South Carolina shoreline.
What's weirder is that none of the residents of the
nearby town seem to think anything is wrong. The
Winchesters swing in expecting to deal with the
village and be on their way; after all, weird is
their business. But then it deals with itself,
vanishing with Dean inside. Suddenly, Dean is
trapped in Ron Mor, and Sam is left in South
Carolina, wondering how the hell to get him back.
But that is only the beginning of their problems,
because a month later, Dean suddenly shows up on the
beach naked and disoriented, barely remembering
Sam's name. Sam begins to realise that more has
happened to his brother than he can possibly
comprehend.
Demon Country
series by
Dhvana: This one I found on accident and was
instantly enthralled. Dean and Sam head for Texas
over some disappearances and, once again, their
lives are turned around into a completely different
way. It's really pretty cool and she really grabs
your attention! Sam/Dean, ratings all over :D.
Summary: Sam and Dean travel to Texas to investigate
a series of mysterious disappearances and end up in
danger themselves.
Kellifer's Fics:
Kellifer
is one of those authors who sneaks up on you and
BLOWS YOU OUT OF THE WATER with what she pops out!
She has so many great fics, but two of my fave
series of hers are her
Doll!Dean series and her
Wing!Sam series! Ho god, so awesome and, while
she kinda maybe hints at some more than brotherly
love, she keeps it rather clean and non-Wincesty!
It's awesome!
Not_Refined fics: She has a lot of fics. Almost too many to keep track
of...thank GOODNESS for tags! If you like Mpreg, go check out her
Melon Strolling 'verse. If you just love good old angst, look at her
Innocence and Feathers 'verse,
Somersault 'verse, or her
Still Life 'verse. You will NOT be disappointed!

Summary: "Well, there are other generations." Azazel has a plan that spans
centuries and Sam is always chosen. But Dean has a destiny too and he finds
his way to Sam every time. Because no matter which life they're living,
there is always Sam and there is always Dean. I have no words for this
story. It is hands down, the best fic brought out of the '09 Bigbang! (not
including mine. SHUT UP I CAN BRAG!)
The Leap Home by pheebs1: Dean is back
from hell but his soul won’t stay put. It starts leaping out of his body and
into other people. Multi Outside POV Gen. PG13. Spoilers to end of season
three. Features OMC ogling of Dean, a non sexual Dean/OFC kiss, a twist on
MPreg. This...I think I was laughing through half of it and sniffling
through the other half! Such a great story...read!
